Who i am
It all began over 20 years ago in France that my passion for food and handmade cheeses from around the world came to life. After many years as a Pastry chef the transition from pâtissier to cheesemonger was natural. When i came to the UK in my early 20's, I realised straight away that the need for French and Continental cheeses was there.
What we do and offer
We know our products and Quality and Service is how we built our business importing French & Continental cheeses. With now over 20 years of experience in the food industry, I love sharing my knowledge and expertise to cheesemongers, delis & farm shop across the UK and introducing the world to discovering new cheeses.
We are reshaping the cheese industry, by bringing outstanding new cheeses to your counter but without forgetting the classics!
We know all our customers and understand them and what they want. We are in constant communication to constantly help sourcing, stocking and supply outstanding cheeses.

One advantage to importing and supplying cheese to you - is that we sell these products in our own shop.
We know and understand counters, what sells and how to sell.
We are here to help all counters no matter the size and can cut to a smaller size to help you manage stock and quality.

When you have logged in, create your delivery address to ensure a swift checkout.
Payment are to be made prior to delivery.
We dispatch our orders Monday to Thursday for next day delivery.
Cut off for ordering for next day delivery is 1pm, Monday to Thursday.
No minimum order amount but a delivery charge £5.50 + Vat is applicable on all orders up to 30kg

All prices will be provided and periodically reviewed due to the economic outlook and fluctuations in the exchange rates.
